President and Founder
A true entrepreneur, Dom founded Technology Source in 1998, already a technology expert at 26. In a time when Local, Long Distance, Internet and Colo required 4 contracts with 4 different providers Dom had a vision to create a single contact for business clients for all services they needed. For the last 21 years he has expanded that vision and our portfolio of services to include over 150 providers in over 60 countries.
Robert Olson

Mr. Olson is a results-oriented, high-energy, driven, executive with 20+ years’ experience delivering revenue growth and successfully executing business plans. Executive level sales and marketing leadership within technology companies ranging from start-up environments to national sales organizations. Expertise leading channel sales teams with a track record of building world-class, high performance organizations.
Sonya Z. Meline
Vice President
Meline is a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial-drive. She holds
a deep passion for sharing the tools for success with others – and
can be found leading the San Diego community of Women in
Technology as well as co-chairing the mentoring program for the
National nonprofit Alliance of Channel Women. Meline also founded
the annual Techie Toy Drive which collects and donates STEM-toys
directly to children in need.
Wes Spining

Wes began his career in 2001 and successfully grew his consulting business and client base providing an unbiased perspective of options they could choose to save money and grow. A dedicated family man and member of his community, Wes is an experienced partner his clients can count on.

Stephanie brings 15+ years of software development and technology industry experience to her role as an advisor at Technology Source. She enjoys building a strategic approach in working with clients and customers, including leveraging collaborative tools to be more agile and responsive to rapidly evolving business needs. She is passionate about technology and how it can help businesses scale faster and improve efficiency.
With Technology Source' expansion in the south, Will brings his local knowledge to the team. He graduated from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 2013 and has been working in technology ever since. Will's enthusiasm and commitment deliver great results for his clients.
Diane Randall
Global Accounts Manager
Diane brings to Technology Source 20 plus years of franchise ownership and 8 years in the insurance industry. Her franchises ranked #1 in the United States for many years. She takes a consultative approach toward protecting her client’s capital, evaluating their telecom and technology platform to create the most efficient and cost effective model. Diane enjoys building strong partnerships and helping people and companies succeed.

Partner Support Manager
Amy brings 10 + years in Sales Support, Customer Support and Account Management experience. Her background is in telecommunications support and phone systems install and training. Her experience, passion for service, and loyalty to those she works with is what makes her such a strong asset.

Commissions Manager
Kimberly has been in Telecom since 1998 as an analyst for cost containment. Since joining the team, she manages commissions, company accounting functions, and more. Her commitment to accuracy and service makes her a perfect fit for us and our partners!
Brittney Weldon
Analyst, Marketing & Sales Support
With a B.A. in Business Economics, she joins the team after a 5 year tenure with ONCORE Marketing & Media where she supported the development of operations, and increased productivity and growth throughout each department. Brittney’s eye for error makes her a valuable part of the back office team. She brings fast response, excellent support, detailed analysis, and financial awareness to Technology Source.
